Non-attendance fees.
Non-attendance for under 14’s will be a $10 admin fee.
Non-attendance for all others will be charged at the normal consultation fee.

All fees are based on a single appointment; extended appointments may incur additional charges.
Four hours cancellation notice for a booked appointment is required. Non-attendance will be charged at the normal consultation fee.

Administration fee applies on accounts not settled on the same day.
Face to Face consults are required for an ACC Certificate.
Newly registered patients require a double face-to-face appointment for their first visit. Double appointment fees will apply.
